PRAVO Law Office was founded in Odessa in 1998 by three attorneys of Odessa Regional Bar Association. The main activity of the Company is servicing for corporate clients local and international. We offer our clients legal support of their business activity on wide range of areas of practice. The attorneys of the Company have good expertise in consulting and litigation. All attorneys of the Company are members of the Odessa Regional Bar and the Union of Advocates of Ukraine where the Managing partner – Mr. Andriy Kostin is the Member of the Board and holds an office of the Chair of the International Relations Committee. The international activity of the Company is the cornerstone of its development. As an individual member of the International Bar Association (IBA) our Managing Partner Mr. Andriy Kostin devotes his activity to the participation in IBA conferences and venues, work in different committees of IBA. With our partners in Kiev and Crimea we are ready to support our international clients’ needs in the most important regions in Ukraine, whereas our domestic clients can rely on our close connections with leading law offices in different countries. It has been a tradition of the Company to be involved in a pro bono legal aid projects as well as in educational programs of the Odessa Regional Bar in capacity of invited lecturers. We are also active in political life of city. Our distinguished attorney Mrs. Iryna Vyshnevska is the member of Odessa City Council. We speak English, Ukrainian and Russian. The personal attitude to the client’s needs is the distinguishing feature of our Company.

January 24, 2009 – Managing partner of PRAVO Law Office Andriy Kostin was elected to become a member of the Presidium of Odessa Regional Bar Association which is the management board of the organization. Odessa Regional Bar Association unites 875 attorneys of Odessa region and is the biggest regional association of attorneys in Ukraine.
